Campus photographer’s photograph files. Photos document most aspects of the Armstrong campus during this era, when Armstrong was called Armstrong Atlantic State University (AASU) and Armstrong State University. Included are events (graduation, campus visits, groundbreakings, etc.), athletics, campus facilities, many campus activities and candid and posed photographs of students, many to illustrate campus promotional materials. Also a portrait collection arranged by name, mostly of faculty and staff. An extensive collection it seems that most photos Arntzen took were archived here.

This collection consists of papers of Robert Lee Moore from 1892-1940. The bulk of the collection includes case files pertaining to Moore's legal practice in Statesboro, Bulloch County, Georgia, and as Solicitor General of the Middle Circuit Court of Georgia. The collection also contains clippings, printed material, and expense reports relating to Moore's campaigns for Solicitor-General (1912, 1916) and Congressman for Georgia's 1st District (1920-1924).

This collection consists of the personal papers of Alawayne Nessmith concerning her participation in civic organizations from 1975 to 2000 in Statesboro, Georgia. This collection consists of materials relating to author and gemologist Percy H. Perkins. Materials span 1923 to 1985, and consist of architecture drawings for various significant buildings in southeast Georgia, including a six room schoolhouse in Claxton, GA, Pembroke State Bank, the Stadium & Athletic Field for Morris Brown College, the Women's Dormitory School for Officers’ Training at The Salvation Army Headquarters, Bacon County Elementary School, Claxton High School, and Evans County Training School.

Spanning 1857 to 1865, this collection consists of photocopies of handwritten letters from Union soldier George W. Scott to his fiancée (later wife), Kezia S. Piper, as well as his brother, John Scott. The collection also includes the discharge certificate (photocopy) of Cyrus W. Will from Company C, 185th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteers, May 1863.

Bulloch County Sociological Survey, 1949, Zach S. Henderson Library Special Collections

This collection includes interview transcripts and demographic records of Statesboro-Bulloch County residents and their views of social class divisions and current events in Bulloch County. Documents were compiled in 1949 by sociological researcher, Bevode C. McCall. His 1954 dissertation, “Georgia Town and Cracker Culture” is a result of this survey.
