A scrapbook compiled by Arvilla Rank from Greenfield, Wisconsin. Rank was the first elected woman of the International Catholic Deaf Association (ICDA). The scrapbook contains newspaper clippings, newsletters and other ephemera documenting Avrilla Ranks' involvement with the Catholic Deaf community and advocacy for disabled persons, primarily in Wisconsin.
