On November 1978, Rosemary Lawson interviewed Kurt Fish about his life before, during, and after World War II. In his interview Fish discusses his decision to come to the United States from Vienna after the Anschluss. In his interview Fish describes his family history, his education, and the increasingly poor conditions he encountered in Vienna while before he left for the United States. He later details being drafted and returning to Europe as part of the United States Army. On October 5th, 1978, Dr. Willis Stoez interviewed Rachel Frydman about her life before, during, and after World War II. In her interview Frydman discusses her hometown in Kurzeniez, Poland and her father's business as a butcher. Frydman also recounts the looting and chaos that occurred prior to and during the German Army occupied her town. During her interview Frydman recounts her family history and what life was like in her small town growing up and her education.

Marxism, as a philosophical system, attempts to provide an accurate analysis of man and his social institutions. Behaviorism, as a system of psychology, claims that its method is fundamental to an understanding of human nature. Both systems justify their claims on the grounds that they are employing methods which are scientific in character. Marxism bases its method on historical analysis, maintaining that history unfolds in an orderly, predictable manner and that a proper analysis of it reveals scientific laws. On September 13, 1978 Stephen Kahn interviewed Werner Becker about his life in before, during, and after World War II. In the beginning of this interview Werner discusses his early childhood and his family in Mecklenburg province in Germany. As the interview progresses Werner recounts how he intended to attend college in France but declined to enroll because he foresaw Jewish students being excluded from attending and completing college. Towards the end of the interview he recounts his time working in Algeria, later working for the British Army, and his eventual arrival in Dayton.

He also talks about being an accountant and how it became increasingly difficult to work after Hitler came to power. Towards the end of the interview Sander details his arrival to the United States and how he eventually came to Dayton.

In his interview Leeser discusses his early life in Hanborn, Germany, his family history, and his religious life at home. Leeser also talks about Jewish history and encountering anti-semitism as Hitler rose to power. Towards the end he details about become a naturalized citizen and experiencing anti-semistism in Indiana.

"Current Charts: Chosen Lands", by Richard Fisher, was the title of an exhibition ho s ted by the Fine Arts Gallery from February 9 through March 1, 1978. It comprised sixty-six works spatially and formally separated into two groups by the two levels of the gallery. The lower level presented forty-one works, primarily surface castings of specific sites along the Massachusetts coast, while the upper level housed the artist's Eco-Earth , an incomplete series of twenty-five imaginative drawings.

During the spring and summer of 1975 Wright State University organized a cooperative workshop/exhibitions program with three other institutions and, in 1976, received the support of the National Endowment for the Arts. The artists included in these workshop/exhibits were: Julia Heyward, John Mason, Mary Miss, and Elyn Zimmerman. This exhibit book documents the 16 projects undertaken by these selected artists.
