This report details my EL experiences that took place throughout 2021. Firstly, I discuss my time as a coordinator in a program run by the Ottawa police called the Youth in Policing Initiatives program or the “YIPI” program. The YIPI program is a program for youth in high school and serves two main purposes: 1) to foster good relationships with the police and 2) to spark an interest in policing in youth.
