Gender forms an integral element of every aspect of the economic, social, and private lives of individuals and societies. Growth and development can only be achieved if all resources and talents are harnessed; however, all over the globe, there are laws and regulations which can restrict or encourage women’s economic opportunities. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a phenomenon that has become embedded in human life, and this symbiotic relationship between technology and humanity is here to stay. One such use of AI is deepfakes.
