Designed and installed the exhibit 'Building a Bosque: 10 Years of Habitat Restoration at Rio Bosque Wetlands Park' at UTEP’s Centennial Museum. This exhibit celebrated a 10-year collaboration between the University's Center for Environmental Resource Management and other local entities in caring for the Wetlands and helping restore it to the plant and wildlife habitat it once was prior to the channelization of the Rio Grande in the mid-1930s. For more information about the Park, go to: http://research.utep.edu/Default.aspx?PageContentID=891&tabid=18875

Logo and website designed for a land trust. Among other things, The Frontera Land Alliance helps save local arroyos (dry creek beds or gulches that temporarily fill with water seasonally after heavy rains) from development. Arroyos are not only important for holding run-off, they are also habitats to diverse animal and plant life. Their web address is: http://www.fronteralandalliance.org/

This grassroots art show ran from July 27 and was sponsored by the Frontera Land Alliance to raise awareness of the importance of keeping El Paso’s arroyos free from development.
