The records in this collection range from the years 1871 to 1968.

These scrapbooks consist of campaign materials and news clippings involving annexation, the Pulaski County Penal Farm, road construction in Pulaski County, the Air Force Base in Jacksonville, the moving of the Pulaski County Jail in Little Rock in 1956, and county, state, and local elections.
