The following thesis is an in-depth actor analysis on my approach to the role of SBF 2 in Theatre UNO’s 2020 production of Single Black Female by Lisa B. Thompson. This thesis will include analysis of the text, discussion about social issues, impact of a global pandemic, character objectives, techniques used, self-evaluation and personal reflection.
