This collection consists of one account book created by J. N. Manley, treasurer for the town of Mason, West Virginia. The account book includes financial accounts between the town and citizens between 1895 and 1919, a list of voters from 1927, and counts for votes for elections from 1935.

This collection includes physician’s notebooks, photographs, and newspaper clippings related to the Hallanan family. The bulk of the collection is four volumes related to Thomas B. Hallanan’s practice as a physician, including a birth records book for the years 1920 and 1921 for births near Barboursville and McComas and three physician’s notebooks tracking accounts with patients and notes about visits. The four photographs in the collection are unidentified. Newspaper clippings relate to the social and political lives of Walter S. Hallanan, Imogene Hallanan, Thomas Hallanan, and Betty Hallanan.
