The Religious Freedom Restoration Act: Responding To Smith; Reconsidering Reynolds, Keith Jaasma
Keith Jaasma
This comment examines the cae of Employment Division, Department of Human Resources of Oregon v. Smith, and Congress' response to that decision in the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA).
