The problem of revealing and systematizingthe features of expressing disagreement repeatedly is still at the center of linguistic research.The current article investigates the speech act of disagreement in the framework of Speech Act Theory and its realization with the help of linguistic means (lexical, grammatical, phraseologicaland stylistic). Speech act of disagreement is act which combines all types of negative reaction:refutation, objection, judgment, disapproval, and dissatisfaction.
