This is the third in a series of interviews with Dr. J. Robert Suriano, Associate Dean for Admissions and Student Affairs of the Wright State University School of Medicine. In this interview Dr. Suriano focuses on the leadership of the School of Medicine, first focusing on the founding Dean, Dr. John R. Beljan, and his successor, Dr. William D. Sawyer.

Dr. Suriano then reflects upon those individuals who played key roles in the development of the School of Medicine.

This is the second of two interviews with Dr. Robert Stuhlman, Director of the Laboratory Animal Resources and the Interdisciplinary Teaching Laboratories in the Wright State University School of Medicine. In this interview, Dr. Stuhlman discusses the two programs under his direction in the period after the arrival of Dr. William Sawyer as the second Dean of the School of Medicine.

Mrs. Borum provides some fascinating insights into specific areas of the School of Medicine's development such as faculty and staff development, the visitations of the Liason [sic] Committee on Medical Education, and the leadership style of Dean John Beljan.
