The 1945 meeting of the Kings Mountain Baptist Association took place at Fallston Baptist Church in Fallston, NC and Waco Baptist Church in Cherryville, NC. The introductory sermon was delivered by Zeno Wall. The theme of this associational meeting was "The Call and Challenge of a New Era." The report on Education stated that families should encourage both their boys and girls to attend college. The report on World Missions in the New Era stated that an increase was needed in mission work to heal the world.
