Team ministry is one of the new trends in church ministry. Of course, team ministry is not all that new. Moses led the children of Israel out of Egypt with a team, Jesus trained a team of leaders to start the church, and Paul planted churches through a team. Working with teams, however, does present us with new challenges in today’s complex world.
