The 1967 meeting of the Kings Mountain Baptist Association met at the First Baptist Church of Shelby in Shelby, NC. Gardner-Webb College reported the dedication of three new residence halls: Mauney Hall, Nanney Hall, and Myers Hall. The Home Mission reported one hundred military chaplains serving military forces in Vietnam.
