In his global art practice, French artist JR transforms overlooked communities into valued canvases. With an approach rooted in collaboration, JR’s large-scale public photographic installations integrate the built environment into a visual experience of human life.

The Lansell Laboratory Building is a beautiful heritage edifice located in the grounds of the old Bendigo Hospital in my hometown of Bendigo, Australia. I once worked in the Lansell Laboratory Building in my role as Data & Quality Specialist with the Loddon Mallee Integrated Cancer Service.
