The semester spent preparing this graduate thesis document was the culmination of my studies at Roger Williams University. Under the direction of Professor Hasan-Uddin Khan, this project has evolved from a mere idea with an initial thesis into a body of work which embraces a new, more harmonious thesis than the original. The project focuses on a site in Ellenville, NY which was chosen for its geological history and damage done to rural land during the series of hurricanes in the recent years.
