"FORM - It is proposed that an art school can be designed like a small community, with facilities for the work, life, and leisure of the art student being brought together in a single location. The investigation, then, would be into what form this artists' community might take, looking to other community types as precedent.
PROGRAM - It is also proposed that an art school can be designed to accommodate both traditional art disciplines like drawing, painting, and sculpture, and newer art disciplines like computer graphics, photography, and film, in a harmonious mix of tradition and technology."
