This third edition has been expanded to include the grounds as well as the buildings of Yale University. The date of publication follows closely the retirement of President Brewster and therefore includes the new buildings and the renovations of older structures completed during his term of office. The book also lists all Yale buildings now standing and used for university purposes and, where information is available, it records buildings no longer standing.
