Rapid urbanization as a process of societal transformation and intensive architectural developments in urban areas in Tirana and Prishtina, as capital cities of Countries in transition in sense of achievements for community living there and their urban qualitative life. Rural settlement size and its extension are some of the main factors that is responsible for settlement success in achieving its development objectives.
