Nowadays, for the increasing complexities of decision making and the growing number of decision making criteria, decision making based on scientific techniques is increasingly concerned and picked up by top managers. Choosing the best consultant is one of the most important decisions of top managers since the enormous effects of this decision on the future of a company. In this paper a 9-steps procedure is presented to choose the most appropriate strategic consultant.
