This issue of the newspaper begins with the announcement of an anonymous gift. According to the president, Henry J. Copeland, a donor (who wished to remain anonymous) donated $1 million to the college in order to add a dimension of religious substance. The president proposed that this money be used for symposia, student travel opportunities, and an endowed chair for the Department of Religion. This edition ends with information about athletic events with the college and a list of advertisements for local businesses.

The bulk of this issue of the Wooster Voice is taken up by a piece describing the German Empire by Dr. Milton Vance based on his travels in Europe. The political system, especially with respect to religion and its effect on societal structures is analyzed. Other sections in this paper report on the basketball team. There is a report on the lectures of the YMCA and YWCA which held a discussion on "Christian Manhood" and "Is Christ a reality" respectively. An article on page four is titled The Ideal Girl. Page five is dedicated to alumni updates.

Interestingly, this is followed by a response from the Synod Committee on the Trustees' Report which provides an alternative perspective. The paper also recounts a football game between Wooster and Kenyon, and lists the scores.The paper ends with advertisements of local businesses.
