Children often simplify target speech sounds using phonological processes, or common developmental error patterns. However, some children produce less common error patterns that differ from common errors. In the current study, less common errors involving /l/ sounds were studied as the phoneme /l/ is a sound that is subject to frequent misarticulations in young children and perceptual confusion among listeners. Additionally, metacognitive awareness, which can be measured through judgements of learning (JOLs), has also been shown to impact learning and memory. The purpose of the study was to describe the perspectives of graduates of the LSU AgCenter ALDP since 2005 regarding their self-reported outcomes after completing the program. The study used a qualitative, instrumental case study design, based on 12 semi-structured interviews, observation, and document analysis. The Trump Effect: How Partisanship Shapes Perceptions Of The Fbi, Carly A. Watts

Following the 2016 presidential election, some Republicans viewed the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as politically biased because the agency investigated the Trump campaign's possible collusion with the Russian government. Soon after, public opinion polling found that Republicans had diminishing levels of support for the agency. Using the 2020 ANES, I examine how partisanship affects perceptions of the FBI. I hypothesize that the relationship between partisanship and FBI evaluations is conditional on an individual's support for Donald Trump. The results from my analysis suggest that as support for Trump increases, the relationship between Republican partisan strength and FBI evaluations weakens.

This movement has mobilized tens of thousands of Americans and passed policy curtailing the discussion of race in classrooms despite a lack of evidence that CRT has any meaningful presence in many of the public institutions targeted. Muscular women and effeminate men adorn the lids of Etruscan Cistae found in Praeneste (modern Palestrina, 23 miles southeast of Rome, Italy). Cistae (Latin plural of cista) are storage containers used by the Etruscans for women’s beauty items. This thesis focuses on the androgynous, mostly nude, figures that serve as handles and are often displayed in pairs. This study examined the effects of colorism on emerging Black undergraduate college students and how it influences their dating preferences while attending a Predominantly White Institution. The participants were 18-24 years old and self-identified as Black women attending a PWI. A secondary analysis was conducted. The findings of this study revealed that family can influence emerging Black adults dating preferences as they are likely to have the same preference as their family. The Interpersonal Theory of Suicide (ITS; Van Orden et al., 2010) hypothesizes that suicidal ideation (SI) arises from the simultaneous presence of thwarted belongingness (TB) and perceived burdensomeness (PB). For SI to intensify to suicidal desire, hopelessness about the changes in TB and PB must be present (Van Orden et al, 2010).
