Winners of $250 scholarships at the recent Southwestern Oklahoma State University Basketball Festival included (second from left) Lynn Mendoza of Clinton and (third from left) G.H. Hise of Sayre. The pair won the scholarships in a drawing held in conjunction with the festival featuring basketball teams from Clinton, Sayre, Anadarko and Weatherford. Mendoza and Hise can choose the scholarship recipient, a senior who is planning to attend SWOSU during the 2007 fall semester. The scholarships can be used at the Weatherford or Sayre campuses.
