Association of Marketing Theory and Practice Proceedings 2024
Artificial intelligence (AI) has changed business practices, including stakeholder management and organizational learning. Scant research attention has been dedicated to examining methodology to implement for workflow-aware and skillset-savvy, AI-assisted stakeholder management. This paper has conducted natural language processing (bigram) and network analysis to understand AI-assisted stakeholder management practices in the U.S. intelligent service community. Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

Policymakers, educators, and employers have argued that higher education should play a pivotal role in shaping the professions of tomorrow as the traditional workforce evolves into an increasingly entrepreneurial, innovative, and global workspace (Srinivasan et al., 2022). From their perspective, an entrepreneurial approach to learning can prepare students for occupational uncertainties, unique professional opportunities, and organizational fluidity (Hua et al, 2022; Salem, 2014). There was a surge in published research related to barefoot running in the past 2 decades, and especially in the past 5 years. For example, the number of returns for “barefoot running” in Google Scholar increased dramatically relative to the search returns for “running” (Fig. 1). “Running” related returns started at about 220,000 in 1997 and peaked at about 376,000 in 2007 (a 0.7 times increase) and gradually decreased to less than 70,000 in 2016. In contrast, “barefoot running” related returns started at 945 in 1997 and peaked at 5010 in 2012 (a 4.3 times increase). Between 2007 and 2012, …

Students Who Aren't Prepared For College Find Less Value In Books And Lecture Than Students Who Are Prepared, Jeffrey B. Henriques, Lyrissa I. Kusse
International Journal for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
Students in three sections of introductory psychology, N = 1051, were asked about the utility of traditional, e.g. instructor, lectures and textbook, and nontraditional, e.g., clickers, podcasts and online lecture slides, teaching tools. Students who felt unprepared for college (25.9%) differed from their peers in their perceived utility of these tools. Both groups of students reported that novel teaching tools were less helpful than traditional teaching tools and while there was no group difference in the perceived usefulness of the novel tools, underprepared students found traditional teaching tools to be less helpful than did prepared students.
