Highlights include: South Hall dorm on the now closed South parking lot has opened to more than 280 freshmen --Because of the couple’s appreciation for libraries and their ongoing commitment to Sacred Heart University, the Robert J. and Bernadette Matura have contributed an endowed gift of $1 million to the Library. The gift, one of the largest the University has ever received, is given in memory of their parents.
