Warehouse receipt hypothecating as a financing mode was introduced to China just few years. In recent years it develops very fast with the third-party logistics Corporation’s rapid growing up. Logistics Corporation as a middleman creates a cooperative platform for bank and small-sized enterprise, evaded the financing risks and resolves the problem of unperfected credit system effectively in China in future long period. During the past decade, China’s crude oil import has risen sharply, which demands the immediately matching shipping capacity of the domestic oil shipping companies. Therefore, how to steer the Chinese oil shipping enterprises towards a promising development is a very big problem facing the Chinese entrepreneurs. This paper has tried to provide some practical suggestion to improve Chinese oil shipping companies’ core competence based on the analysis of Chinese Shipping Tanker Company, which is typical representative for this industry. In 2005, although there came along another wave of M&A activities in global shipping industry, we haven’t seen any sign of the emergence of large-scale M&As in China shipping industry so far. In my country, 3 big port clusters shape in costal region. They are Bohai rim’s economy circle port cluster, Yangtze River delta economy circle port cluster and Pearl River delta economy circle port cluster.
