In the digitized university environment most of the works and activities done by a network-based process which will be adapted to monitor all the activities to be processed and stored in such datacenter, from that particular point, how to maintain connectivity and to prevent the system from any vulnerability? Is there any techniques or protocols that enhance and guarantee stability? Call centers are a fast growing industry whereby it sees millions of turnover in terms of profit. As the industry grows, the need to improvise their network to ensure smooth traffic increases in order to generate more profit. Most call centers which are based in Asia have customers from Europe.
