This study focused on evaluating the educational leadership and global leadership skills of university faculty leaders at Al Albayt University, as perceived by the faculty members, with an aim to identify improvement areas. Employing a descriptive analytical approach, the study surveyed 180 randomly selected faculty members from a total population of 740. The research tool was a comprehensive questionnaire with 32 items, covering four key skill areas: educational leadership, global personality, cultural diversity, and technological skills. The findings revealed significant insights: Faculty leaders demonstrated a high degree of educational leadership, especially in decision-making, evidenced by an average score of 4.22. …

The current study aimed to explore the correlation between educational values and intellectual security in university students at Jordanian and Saudi universities. The descriptive correlational approach was used. An electronic questionnaire was administered to a sample of (1102) male and female students in Jordanian and Saudi universities. The findings yielded a high degree of educational value among the subjects. A statistically significant correlation was observed between educational values and intellectual security. The article aims to identify the uses of social networking platforms by the older adults in Jordan, their exposure habits, the gratifications, the topics that most attract them, and the platforms they prefer. The descriptive survey method that had been adopted was using a questionnaire distributed to (400) older people in Jordan. Given the scarcity of valid and reliable scales this study aimed to find out the standard properties of parental scale competence for children with autism spectrum disorder according to the two-parameter logistic model. The study sample consisted of 795 parents. The instrument for the study was developed after reviewing previous literature. In this paper, we examine the impact of a sports program on the social skills of deaf individuals. The sample consisted of 60 deaf individuals in Zarqa Governorate, with 40 individuals randomly selected for the study. The sample was divided into an experimental group of 20 individuals and a control group of 20 individuals. The effectiveness of the sports program in developing social skills was evaluated using a scale specifically designed for deaf individuals. The present research aimed to identify the role of adopting Blackboard system in light of the Coronavirus pandemic in developing the skills of its use and academic achievement among Taif University students.
