This capstone project explored the role of mentorship in occupational therapy (OT) home health through the focus areas of administration and program development. The capstone site was Embrace Rehab Healthcare, a private outpatient rehabilitation home health company that recently launched services. The population served was adults and older adults and services offered were occupational, physical, and speech therapies.
