This paper is mainly a brief study on the case adjudicated by National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD) of United States. It explains that no one is excused from law though how well a person tries to escape from it. In the given case, the respondents conducted the securities business even when it is put under suspension by the NASD. Many a times the respondents tried to evade the information requested by NASD.
