The document outlines ways in which this would be achieved through the formulation of studies that allow the development of renewable energy (hydraulic, solar and wind) and the updating of the designs of the rural electric systems; as well as giving priority to projects based on the use of renewable energy sources; and the formulation of the Renewable Energy Master Plan.
