This study is aimed to examine the productivity and literature output in Information Literacy. This study analyses the growth of the literature output and information literacy, types of documents. The relevant data were collected using the Web of Science database from the period 2011-2023 and data were tabulated. The total record retrieved is 2582. Major subject categories are authors whose contribution is at the maximum level, country-wise productivity, Affiliations of the institutions, and the source titles of the literature. The primary objective of the article is to present the historical evolution and current state of research in the field of prison libraries: what has been published, when, where, how and by whom it was published, the topic covered, etc. The study is based on the results obtained from the bibliographic databases LISA (ProQuest) and LISTA (EBSCO Publishing) up to early 2023. Entries were manually checked for irrelevant publications, and filters and specific tools, such as OpenRefine, followed by a final manual check, were used to remove duplicate entries. The present paper seeks to review the literature, through bibliometric lens, published by SpringerLink for the past decade on the concept ‘media literacy’. This study provides a detailed concept and definition of media literacy and review of related literature. The bibliographic details retrieved from SpringerLink database (https://link,springer.com) by using keywords such as ‘media literacy,’ ‘media’, ‘literacy’. This study presents an overview of the published research in the field of andragogy using bibliometric methods. Scopus database produced a list of 698 manuscripts that were cited 2383 times with an average of 3.41 citations per publication. More than 89% of Scopus-based research on andragogy was published in the English language while 61% of this research was published in form of journal articles. This paper is based on the literature review on informetrics education in the field of LIS worldwide. The paper addresses the status of informetrics education; extent and levels at which informetrics education is offered; teaching methods for informetrics education; and, challenges associated with informetrics education. This is an attempt to visualize and quantify statistical science research collaboration in multiple dimensions by exploring the co-authorship data. It investigates chronological variations of collaboration pattern, nodes and links established among the affiliated institutions and countries of all contributing authors. The SRELS Journal of Information Management has been playing vital role in the library and information science field since last fifty years. This paper presents the results of a bibliometric study of articles with a gender viewpoint from 2007-2017. The aim of the study is to examine the journal during the period 2007-2017 using bibliometric indicators with a gender perspective. The pattern of research output in 606 publications is analyzed in which 435(71.78%) articles are contributed by male authors and 171(28.21%) by female authors.
