This study aims to determine the role of communication and marital acceptance in marital adjustment for dual earners married under 10 years. A total of 93 respondents are involved in this study. The criteria for selecting respondents are married employees of company X in Surabaya; married under 10 years; have a working spouse. A quantitative research method with a correlational design is used. Communication, marital acceptance, and marital adjustment scales are also used. Background: This study explores and assesses the knowledge, perceptions, and attitudes of mainstream workers during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Ha’il Region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Methods: Using convergent parallel mixed-methods design, 502 frontline workers were enlisted via snowball and purposive sampling. Descriptive statistics and thematic analysis were used to analyze the quantitative and qualitative data, respectively.

The purpose of this research is to (1) analyze the influence of trans papua, noken and cultural approach to Jokowi's victory in Papua, both partially and simultaneously, (2) analyze Jokowi's winning strategy in Papua. The research method uses a quantitative approach with cross-sectional data as many as 29 districts in the 2019 general election. Namun, prevalensi KB di Indonesia selama satu dekade terakhir (2002-2012) tidak meningkat secara signifikan, walaupun pelbagai kegiatan KIE KB telah dilaksanakan. The present study describes the relationships between commitment, communication, satisfaction, trust, relationship quality with suppliers, and supply-chain performance. The population of the study was manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Respondents were the chief executive officers or corporate secretaries or the designated managers involved in strategic decision making.
