Effects Of Diglossia On The Acquisition Of Underlying Reading Processes: Toward Pragmatic Solutions, Mohammed R. Jouhar Phd
International Journal for Research in Education
The purpose of this systematic review was to investigate how diglossia hinders the acquisition of underlying reading processes of Arabic-speaking students and recommend pragmatic solutions that would help Arabic teachers in developing their students’ reading abilities. Results of the included studies showed that Arabic-speaking students lack standard phonemes, phonological and morphological patterns, and letters missing from their local Arabic vernaculars, which in turn, affect their word reading abilities. Nevertheless, it takes six years of systematic exposure to standard Arabic to close the linguistic gap between students’ oral and written language in terms of phonemes, letters, and phonological and morphological patterns. …

How To Use Structural Equation Modeling In Psychological Research, Saeed A. Al-Dossary Phd
International Journal for Research in Education
Structural equation modeling (SEM) is a collection of advanced statistical methods that has recently and limitedly become used in Arabic research. The purpose of this research is to illustrate how to use SEM in a study to explain the phenomenon of cyberbullying using the theory of planned behavior on a sample of 307 students at Hail university. The five steps in SEM are outlined: model specification, identification, estimation, testing, and modification. Judicial Applications Of The Rule “Lesson In Contracts Is For The Purposes And Meanings Not For The Words And Premises" In The Egyptian Civil Law And The Perspective Of The Uae Civil Transactions Law, Dr. Tahani Hamed Abu Taleb
UAEU Law Journal
In this research, I tried to verify how the Egyptian Civil Law deals with the rule “Lesson in Contracts is for the Purposes and Meanings not for the Words and Says" which explains the contradiction between wordings of the contract and the real intent of the contracting parties, because it affects the parties’ obligations. For that purpose, understanding the rule from its origin (The science of the general rules of the jurisprudence) understanding its applications and verifying how other legislations deals with it is a must.
Although the Egyptian civil law has not mentioned this case, I tried to find …

Their counterparts in modern day compilation s are .terms like Earnings, Livelihood, Subsistence, Morals and Ethics. Of The Article On The Repentance Of The Apostate In Islamic Jurisprudence, Dr. Rajab Shahwan
UAEU Law Journal
- Literally speaking, repentance has been variously defined but all the very many meanings revolve, in general, around "to return, to give up, to confess, to renounce, to resolve, to come back, and contrition" . Likewise, the conventional meanings of the word are also numerous. Scholars record no less than twenty three meanings, of these I mentioned the ones that have come to my knowledge . As for "Istetabah" that is, calling on someone to repent, it is hard to define this term. To me its conventional meaning is "Calling on someone to return to Islam after One's doubt and misgivings …

Remarkably, there has been an argument about the number of the Holy Quran’s verses, some descended in Mecca and others descended in Madinah and why and what they descended for. This book includes a firmly religious and scientific ground enriching the reader by the decisive evidences for confirming the number of the Holy verses and a persuasive counterattack against those who say that Sahaba kept back some verses.
In addition to the recommendation of Al-Hafiz Al Zahabi and Ibn AL Jazri, many evidences converge together to prove the truth of this religious researcher:
- His dedication to Islamic Divinity after …
