Good sportsmanship can be practiced by players, coaches, and spectators. The problem with sportsmanship in childhood sports is that there is a noticeable lack of sportsmanlike behaviors while participating in athletic competitions. Interviews were conducted with several employees to see what they thought could be done to improve the experiences of foster youth, an underserved population that often lacks the necessary support to succeed in school and society.
