The study aimed to determine the impact of strategic leadership in improving organizational performance in Yemeni insurance companies. The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study population consisted of all employees with job titles in companies in the field of study. Abstract:

This study aimed to find out the training needs for secondary school principals in Jordan in light of the strategic leadership requirements.The sample of the study consisted of (320) male and female principals from secondary schools in Jordan, who were chosen by the random sample method. A questionnaire was used to collect data that included (39) items distributed in four domains: environmental analysis, strategy implementation, strategy formulation, assessment and monitoring. The objective of this is to investigate and identify the impact of entrepreneurial orientation in achieving strategic leadership success. To accomplish the objective, the study sampled commissioners of the higher and middle administrations in the Municipality of Greater Amman, Jordan.
