Contexte et problématique : Lors d’un stage en groupe, la dynamique entre les stagiaires du groupe peut compromettre leurs apprentissages et nuire à l’expérience de stage. Les instruments de mesure recensés permettent d’évaluer différentes composantes de l’environnement d’apprentissage clinique (EAC) associées à l’expérience d’apprentissage de stagiaires, sans toutefois inclure la composante de la dynamique de groupe en lien avec leur expérience d’apprentissage. Il en est ainsi pour l’instrument de mesure Évaluation de l’environnement d’apprentissage clinique (EEAC), composé de trois sous-échelles. The overarching purpose of this dissertation was to investigate the role of parents as agents of change in the treatment of childhood obesity and the promotion of children’s health behaviours. In order to achieve this purpose, four studies were conducted. The purpose of Study 1 was to explore parents’ perceptions of nutritional literacy, as well as their needs for nutritional literacy information, supports, and resources at familial and community levels. Next, Study 2 described the theoretical components and model used in the development and implementation of a parent-focused childhood overweight and obesity intervention (i.e., C.H.A.M.P. Families). Background

What do community interpreting for the Deaf in western societies, conference interpreting for the European Parliament, and language brokering in international management have in common? Academic research and professional training have historically emphasized the linguistic and cognitive challenges of interpreting, neglecting or ignoring the social aspects that structure communication. All forms of interpreting are inherently social; they involve relationships among at least three people and two languages. The contexts explored here, American Sign Language/English interpreting and spoken language interpreting within the European Parliament, show that simultaneous interpreting involves attitudes, norms and values about intercultural communication that overemphasize information and discount …

The purpose of the present dissertation was to develop a questionnaire to assess intra-group conflict in sport teams. To this end, the current dissertation consisted of three phases which followed a logical progression that is typical in the questionnaire development process. A total of (N = 752) participants took part in the three phases (Phase 1: N = 10; Phase 2: N = 437; Phase 3: N = 305).

The general purpose of this dissertation was to develop an inventory designed to measure cohesion in children’s (ages 9-12) sport teams. To this end, three studies were conducted. In Study 1, children became active agents in the process of test construction. More specifically, children (N = 167) participated in focus groups and completed open-ended questionnaires in order to provide information on their perceptions of cohesion as well as motives for participating, continuing, and ceasing involvement on sport teams. Résumé: L’objectif de cet article est de présenter une synthèse des travaux publiés ces dernières années en contexte sportif, sur l’un des éléments fondamentaux de la structure du groupe (Shaw, 1981), l’ambiguïté du rôle. La première approche de l’ambiguïté du rôle proposée par Kahn, Wolfe, Quinn, Snoek et Rosenthal (1964) prend sa source dans le contexte organisationnel.
