One of the biggest challenges students face throughout their college career, especially during their early years, is knowing who and when to ask for help. This often causes students to slide into a state of feeling overwhelmed, unbalanced, and hopeless. All too often students feel as though they need to figure out everything on their own resulting in devastating effects on their physical, mental, and academic well-being.
