This law regulates the transport and distribution of natural gas in order to ensure that the rates applied to services are fair and reasonable. Additionally, this law encourages efficiency in the transportation, storage, distribution and use of natural gas, and promotes the rational use of natural gas to ensure adequate protection of the environment.
