In Egypt, volunteerism, within international humanitarian non-governmental organizations (NGOs), functions in distinctive characteristics influenced by, among other things, cultural, educational, and economic factors. NGOs face challenges and obstacles in attracting motivated volunteers, engaging and training volunteers, as well as managing the staff-volunteers relationship, and implementing adequate human resources (HR) policies and strategies. This Honors capstone project is the creation and execution of a public relations plan for the USU Student Association elections for student government positions. The public relations plan includes an analysis of previous elections, strategies of leveraging university communication channels, social media plans, print graphics, events, a schedule of elections week, evaluation of the plan, and creative materials. The public relations plan reached over 260,000 social media users, overall turnout increased 6%, and increased 20% during Executive Leadership Board Elections. This plan serves as a potential outline for future election plans and highlights potential changes for future years.

Purpose: The purpose of this Delphi study was to identify the strategies that elementary teacher leaders use to create and foster a school culture that supports the five Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) competencies (self-awareness, social awareness, relationship skills, self-management, and responsible decision making). Employee turnover impacts veterinarian organizations by lowering morale, productivity, and the organization’s bottom line. Grounded in Goleman’s emotional intelligence theory, the purpose of this qualitative pragmatic inquiry was to explore strategies veterinarian leaders use to retain newly hired veterinarians. In 2018, 68 million people in the United States were infected with a sexually transmitted infection. Of those 68 million, 26 million cases were newly diagnosed, and of that 26 million, half were youth aged 15-24 (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC], 2022a). This qualitative study examined educators' perceptions of motivational strategies influencing and motivating middle school students to comprehend and perform in mathematics courses. This study used interview data from 15 participants with 2 to 30 years of teaching experience. Educators may utilize this information in multiple settings within the classroom to influence and motivate students in mathematics courses.

Data collection strategies included one-on-one semi-structured middle school educator interviews. Genetic Counseling relies on communication skills to help patients understand and adapt to a genetic disease or risk. However, little is known about which skills are most commonly used or the extent to which genetic counseling sessions vary. A novel process measure titled the "Genetic Counseling Skills Checklist" (GCSC) was developed in a prior pilot study and includes 8 broad categories each consisting of 5-8 skills.
