We investigated the protein extract of silkworm larvae. For the first time, an extract containing proteins from silkworm larvae, obtained by fractional precipitation using ammonium sulfate, was studied. As a result of experiment is established, that solutions of ammonium sulfate with a concentration from 20% to 65% are optimal for the sedimentation of protein molecules with a mass in the range of 25 and 45 kDa. Optimal results of the study proposed to use in the process of purification of recombinant proteins.

The conditions of selective extraction of the bismuth (III) by inert organic solvents in the presence of DMFA are established. The conditions for complex formation of the bismuth (III) with the PAN directly in the organic phase are found. It is possible to increase the sensitivity of the methodology using more sensitive azoreagents that have not found the application in practice due to their low selectivity. In the inner mixing zone of the tested suspended extractor, the fluid and gas flows in the stream and the external mixing zone moves in a contradictory flow. In order for these mixing zones to operate equally in hydrodynamic mode, their gas values should be equal. This is achieved by the correct selection of the dimensions of the mixing zones of the liquid and gas. The article summarizes the results of the study of the measurement of the mixing zones of the apparatus.

The article presents the results of the study of adsorbents obtained from rice husk. To increase the sorption capacity of the raw material is treated with hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes and subjected to roasting. Before thermal activation, the resulting mass was treated with a 30% alumium calcium alum solution. Reagent consumption is 20% of the mass of the adsorbent. The alum-enriched adsorbent is thermally activated at a temperature of 300-800 °C without oxygen access for two hours. The article presents the results of studies to identify the nature of aldehydes on the direction of their reaction with monoethanolamine. IR, PMR and NMR13C spectral analyzes have shown that a heterocyclic compound consisting of methylene groups and tertiary nitrogen is formed as a result of the reaction of equimolar amounts of MEA and PD. In addition, each tertiary nitrogen atom contains a side pendant - hydroxyethyl groups. The presence of hydroxyl groups allows this compound to be attributed to symmetrical hexahydrotriazine containing three OH groups. The results of researchers on the obtaining of defluoride monocalsiumphosphate using defluorinated and desulphated extraction phosphoric acid obtained from washed fured phosconcentrate and limestone are presented. The data are presented on the effect of partially defluorinated and desulphated extraction phosphoric acid on the chemical composition of the resulting pulp of monocalciumphosphate at a rate of 40-45% for P2O5 acid 95, 100, 105 and 110% of stoichiometry on the formation of monocalciumphosphate. With an increase in the concentration acid, the content of P2O5 increases, depending on the quadbit ox acid, and contein of fluorine does not exceed 0.27%.

Mineralogical and chemical compositions of the Almalyk Mining zinc concentrate were studied. Experimental results indicated that sphalerite zinc concentrate can be used as a photocatalyst for decomposition of different reactive textile dyes in water treatment. The photodegradation rate constant increased in following order: Blue SPD>Red SPD>Black B150>Yellow 4GL. The adsorption properties decreased in order Red SPD>Blue SPD> Black B150>Yellow 4GL. Decolorization of dye is not corresponded to COD values of treated dyes solution except Black B150 dye, confirming it’s complete mineralization in aqueous solution

The purpose of the study is to obtain superconducting phases with Ts ≥ 260 K. The advanced “Solar Fast Alloys Quenching-T” technology obtained nanoscale precursors and ceramics of nominal composition Bi1.7Pb0.3 Sr2 Ca19Cu20Oy. The main crystalline phase in the precursors is the low-temperature superconducting phase Bi / Pb 2201. According to the ceramic technology, massive samples were obtained from the precursors by calcining at 840-851 oС, 3-120 hours. Defined by qualitative reactions availability of flavonoids, saponins and essential oils in liquid extract of “Flegmen”. The qualitative composition of these compounds by method of paper chromatography in system of solvents 15%- acetic acid with the subsequent visualization 1%-spirit solution of aluminium chloride is carried out. For in-depth studying component composition of liquid extract of "Flegmen", the method of high-effective liquid chromatography is applied. In order to investigate the characteristics of low-grade cotton seeds process, the process of preparation of cotton seeds by means of pressing process is investigated. A sample of sulfur had extracted from sulfur-containing oil and gas processing wastes by washing in water and acetone, dissolved in toluene and appreciated the purity by UV spectroscopy method. The new filter-material based on waste of textile industry (WTI) for filtering diacetate cellulose (DС) solution has been developed. Alkaline cooking, hypochlorite and peroxide bleaching of WTI were carried out and optimal conditions of the processes were found. Filter materials were obtained that meet the required production standards, filtration time and DC filter quality (transmittance coefficient and optical density of the solution, micro-gel particles in solutions) were studied. The optimal parameters of the filtering material are found and the possibility of its use in filtering DС solutions has shown.

The interaction of the acid chlorides of benzoic acid derivatives with 1,1,2-triiodopropen-1-ol-3 produced new compounds, iodine-containing benzoic acid derivatives, whose structure was proved by spectral analysis data. The antibacterial properties of the synthesized compounds were studied. Peculiarities Of Mullite Formation During Heat Treatment Of Shale From The Jerdanak Deposit, Mkrtchyan Ripsime Vachaganovna, Aripova Mastura Khikmatovna

The chemical and mineralogical composition of the clay slate of the Dzherdanak deposit is determined. Four species were investigated in the natural and heat-treated state in the range of 800-1400 °C using the X-ray method. Established phase changes undergoing breed. The phase composition of the original rock, intermediate substances during roasting up to 1400 oC has been determined. The initial phases in all varieties are quartz and mica of different composition. One variety contains kaolinite. The main phases formed during high-temperature processing are mullite, quartz and cristobalite. The structure of natural and heat-treated samples was studied by scanning electron microscopy. …

Study Of The Process Of Ammonization Of Nitrogen-Acid Solutions Of The Leaving Of The Kaolin Clays Of The Angren Deposit, Kenjayev Mirjalol, Mirzakulov Kholtura, Mamadjаnov Zokir

The results of investigations on the ammonization with nitric acid extract of kaolin clays from the Angrene deposit, calcined at 650-700 °C are presented. It is shown that phase aluminum it is absent from the liquido at pH above 4,5 nitrate and the liquid phase consists mainly of ammonium nitrate. Washing the precipitate of aluminum and iron hydroxides allows to obtain mixture of aluminum and iron hydroxides with content of 98,00% Al(OH)3 and 1,70% Fe(OH)3 in terms of dry matter. The viscosity is changed from 1,012cPa to 0,553 cPa at this conditions
