Physical literacy has been described as means to achieve an active lifestyle (Physical and Health Education Canada, 2014) and as the building blocks of physical activity, including fundamental movement skills, physical fitness, motor skills, the motivation and confidence (MC), and the knowledge and understanding (KU) to be physically active (Lander et al., 2017; Tremblay & Lloyd, 2010). "They Should Be Here With Us": Beginning With Communities To Reimagine The Role Of Lawyers In Support Of Systemic Change, Britney De Costa

This thesis explores the roles lawyers might play to support community-led advocacy work towards systemic change from the standpoint of community advocates with lived experience of poverty. Using feminist standpoint theories and Foucault’s knowledge/power nexus to analyze findings from group meetings and in-depth interviews conducted with Voices Against Poverty, a grassroots advocacy group in Windsor, Ontario, this thesis looks at how we might reimagine how lawyers support their communities and mitigate the effects of their power by transforming their relationships. Levels Of Pm2.5-Bound Species In Beijing, China: Spatio-Temporal Distributions And Human Health Risks, Yangfan Chen

High concentrations of PM2.5 and the corresponding health effect in Beijing, China have drawn attention worldwide. This study aims to assess the lifetime health risk of ambient PM2.5 bound elements and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from 2013 to 2015 in Beijing. Risk assessment methods of US Environment Protection Agency (USEPA) were applied to the following PM2.5 components: six elemental components (Cr, Co, Ni, As, Cd, Pb) and sixteen EPA priority PAHs for cancer risks, and thirteen non- elemental components (Al, Ba, Cr, Mn, Ni, As, Cd, Pb, Co, V, P, Cl, Se) for non-cancer risks.
