The financial implications of developing the Buffalo Harbor Center attraction complex in Memorial Auditorium were examined, followed by an assessment of the project's economic impact on the Buffalo region. The analysis updated and revised Harrison Price Company’s (HPC) prior feasibility study for the project, completed in September 1992, to reflect expanded entertainment content in the Auditorium location, which substantially enhanced the attraction's attendance and financial outlook.
