This study aims to evaluate the readiness of prospective teachers for Vocational High Schools in dealing with the world of work in the 4th industrial era when viewed from teaching skills and technological mastery abilities. This study is evaluative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study consisted of 1,725 students at Universitas Negeri Surabaya. This study aims to describe the satisfaction of host companies to internship students toward their competencies and performance and suggest improvements to the internship program. The research subjects were students who were undertaking internships in 64 institutions in Malang areas, both in the business and industrial world. Research data are obtained from questionnaires. It was qualitative descriptive research using a reflective explorative approach. The subject of this study was the result of competence test of PE teachers in Yogyakarta Special Region in 2016. In thematic analysis, themes construction can be performed manually by the researcher or automatically by a computer. Both methods have strengths and weaknesses. This article introduces a strategy that involves the role of both researcher and computer to construct themes from qualitative data in a rapid, transparent, and rigorous manner. The strategy uses network analysis and is demonstrated by employing a case study on students' perceptions of online distance learning they experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic. The healthy school program is a program issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture, focused on how schools can develop healthy, safe, child-friendly, and fun school movements.
