16 years ago, ely wine bar at 22 Ely Place, is where it all began. Erik and Michelle Robson opened ely wine bar and in the process changed the way in which wine was sold in Ireland. Passionate about wine, always respectful of its traditions and culture but always with an eye on what's great now. Today ely lists over 500 wines by bottle and 80 wines by the glass.

At L. Mulligan. Grocer, we believe Irish produce is special and worth celebrating. We are particularly keen on whiskey, beer, food and gin and love sharing our old favourites and new discoveries with people.

Our whiskey, beer and food menus are seasonal and change regularly. Each of our main courses are matched with a beer or cider and our desserts are matched with a whiskey.

Our monthly charity quiz is held the last Sunday of each month and covers all manner of esoteric subjects: collective nouns, Eurovision, Greek mythology and 1980s cartoon supervillians.
