The Accebatabilty of Social Media for Enhancing and Extending Learning was a small study looking at the historical use of social media for business training through an instructional design lens. While social media was relatively young at the time, companies started to use it to enhance their employees' learning. Some took to it, while others did not. 85% of employees were willing to use social media for training.
