Esta investigación fue diseñada para evaluar la efectividad en la integración de una Biblioteca Virtual en una biblioteca escolar. Para este proceso investigativo se utilizó el modelo de evaluación desarrollado por Kirkpatrick. Este modelo le presenta al investigador cuatro niveles de evaluación: reacción, aprendizaje, comportamiento y resultados. A través de este se puede identificar la efectividad de las acciones formativas. La muestra que se seleccionó fue una no probabilística por conveniencia. This dissertation study documents in-depth the exploration of the Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) between the Dayton Regional STEM School (DRSS) and their industry partners as well as the establishment of a framework for evaluating and assessing PPPs. The public-private partnership agreements were studied in order to answer the over-arching research question: How is an effective public-private partnership established, assessed, and evaluated in education? The high level o frustration voiced by secondary English teachers regarding the lack of resources available for evaluating student writing assignments was addressed by utilizing a quality circle approach to brainstorm and refine various methods of evaluation. Secondary English teachers participated in the creation of the Operation Relief handbook under the guidance of the quality circle coordinator. The results of the creation and dissemination of this handbook indicated a decrease in the level of frustration.
