The article examines the role of financial control, accounting and auditing in improving the mechanism of identification of hidden economy entities. Given that financial control, independent audit, accounting and economic analysis in the country are separate segments of special economic science, their unity is theoretically analyzed. Proposals were made on the inspection of property security, financial reporting, analysis of financial activities and the preparation of tax reporting forms on the basis of international financial reporting standards.
