In medical practice, drugs obtained on the basis of periwinkle erecta (Vinca erecta), are used as hypo-tensive, curare-like and antitumor agents.This report presents the results of the study to determine the validation parameters of the methodology-by linearity, repeatability, reproducibility and accuracy.
